This page is intended for B2B pourposes only and the prices indicated are not applied to final customers. The following fares are intended for Agencies / Companies that are going to hire our services and know-how / knowledge of the territories where we operate.

For companies in UE, the prices are VAT excluded (reverse charge), while for Companies extra UE, VAT must be added (25%, croatian aliquote).

Prices INCLUDE the "creation" of the trip / event, and the management of hotels reservations and so on, so must not be considered solely like a "rent a car with driver", but include our 20 years long experience on field.

  • 1 4wd vehicle with driver, Land Rover 110, 8+1 seater, 180 €/day, 100 km included
  • 1 enduro or cruiser motorbiker tourguide 160€/day, 100 km included, pilot included
  • 1 tour leader / guide: 120 €/day (compulsory for every 4x4 travel that is longer than 1 day and if there is NOT another motorbike tourleader)
  • other guides / followers other than the driver(s): 80  €/day
  • For the displacements over the 100 km/day add 0,25 €/km for fuel consumption and amortization.
  • Freeway fares, bridges, tunnel and other fees must be added, in case.
  • For first / last day displacements of the vehicles, consider 120 €/day (not 180), 100 km included, driver included.
  • in case the engagemet encloses overnight stay(s) in a different location than the city where out Agency is based (Buje, Istria, HR) add live expenses of the Staff (food, overnight stay): usually as an estimate these expensese can amount to 70€/day/person).

Example: 7 days of 4x4 car + tour leader = (180+120) * 7 = 2100 €, to include live expenses add 70*7 => 490 € so total is 2590€ 700 km of diesel included.

Example: 7 days of 4x4car with driver + motorbike tour leader = (180+80 + 160+120)* 7 + 70*2*7 = 3780 + 980 = 4760€, 700/vehicles incuded

Esempio PRIVATE 6 NATIONS RAID: 7 giorni di raid + 2 di trasferimento, 1 4x4 e 1 moto quindi 2 veicoli e 2 persone di Staff:

  • ingaggio auto e staff (180+80) * 7 = 1820
  • ingaggio moto e staff (160+120) = 2100
  • vitto e alloggio 2 persone staff 70*2*9 = 1260
  • trasferimenti 2 veicoli: (120*2) x 2 = 480 €
  • kim extra: 900x2 km sono già inclusi, restano 1383x2 = 2766 => 690€ carburante

totale = 6350€ da dividere tra i partecipanti. Nel caso siano 6 => 1058€/persona + proprie spese vive. I PREZZI SI INTENDONO + IVA
